During that period of time, the firm has written over 83 educational and facility master plans, processed in excess of 325 planning requests (5-Year Plans, Space Inventories, Scheduled Maintenance Plans, Initial Project Proposals, Final Project Proposals) for state funding, developed 18 new education centers/campuses and managed the construction of over $300 million dollars of facilities. Since it's founding, the company has planned, developed and managed over $3.5 billion dollars in capital construction projects for its clients.
