State Reporting

• Space Inventory Report: Maas Companies, Inc. will conduct a detailed review, evaluation and update of the District's current Space Inventory Report on file at the Chancellor's Office. This task will include room by room measurements and an analysis of space codes, all data entry, report preparation and interface with the Chancellor's.
  
  
• Prepare Annual Five-Year Construction Plan: Each year the College District is requested to submit a 5-year capital construction plan to the Chancellor’s Office. This plan summarizes the capital construction project the District plans to undertake in the next five years. Maas Companies, Inc. will complete this report and submit the report to the Chancellor’s Office on the District’s behalf.
  
  
• Prepare Initial Project Proposals (IPP) for Capital Projects: These documents serve as the basis for requesting State funding for a capital construction project. They are submitted in two steps with the IPP developed first and the FPP following once preliminary approval is granted for a project. The information listed in the IPP’s and FPP’s must also be included in the Five-Year Capital Construction Plan. Maas Companies, Inc. will complete this proposal and submit the report to the Chancellor’s Office on the District’s behalf.
  
  
• Prepare Final Project Proposals (FPP) for Capital Projects: Please reference the above paragraph for further information. Maas Companies, Inc. will complete this proposal and submit the report to the Chancellor’s Office on the District’s behalf.
  
  
• Prepare Scheduled Maintenance Project Proposals: The District must submit annual requests for funding of maintenance projects. This request also involves the submission of a five-year plan for deferred/scheduled maintenance. The basis for both the annual and the five-year plan should be a long-term, scheduled maintenance plan for the College. Maas Companies, Inc. will complete this proposal and submit the report to the Chancellor’s Office on the District’s behalf.
