Campus-wide Planning and Construction Composite Plan Development

The Composite Plans created by Maas Companies, Inc. are campus-wide collections of active projects superimposed upon existing condition drawings and surveys.

We successfully create, maintain and co-ordinate CAD digital records of progress and project plans for Master Plans and open space, architecture and landscape architecture, engineering and utilities. Our Composite Plans are composed on one CAD based master plan drawing which is available as a hardcopy or CD ROM package.

This work is created and updated by our team and sent to the College’s Facilities Development Office on a continuing basis during design or construction phases of work to provide an overview and as a monitoring device that charts campus-wide progress.

Individual architectural and engineering projects are color-coded by consultant, type of project, or date of implementation. Composite Plans are accompanied by a spreadsheet that indicates the dates of the most current projects, contract number indexes, and other critical project information.
